Section titled “Policies”Everything in Kaba (kaba and kabactl) can be policy driven. Every UI element, every backend service, and everything in between. Out of the box in the UI we expose the ability to create a new policy for which models you want running as defaults in Kaba. For example, you could have a “low resources” policy for machines and systems that lack compute power or memory and automatically load models that can operate within those constraints.
But under the hood, everything is configurable in this manner. The upshot here is that for enterprise, corporate, or high stakes environments, policy can now be enforced in real-time given any arbitrary input (e.g. line of business, role based access, system info, etc.).

Devices
Section titled “Devices”Welcome to your intelligent cluster. Create a ticket, paste it into another device running Kaba, and now you have your own p2p cluster.
Out of the box Settings contains simple information like
- System info
- System id
Once you add devices to your cluster, a new world opens up. No more walking around with open laptops, no more managing ssh to access boxes and data elsewhere.
Click the breadcrumbs next to a device and you can acess that system’s terminal, filesystem, sync data to it, or even use it as an exit node.
Much more to come here. Watch this space.
Out of the box, we ship logs for your viewing pleasure. We included some basic manipulation (types of logs to include) and the ability to pause them.
Information
Section titled “Information”All of the basics for your Kaba system live here, like version and user data. Additionally, Kaba gives you some diagnostics (Processes and WebContents by defualt). You can copy the JSON or grab a Heap Snapshot to do other fun things.
